Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
Thank you for purchasing from Music Assets LLC.
Because our products are primarily digital products—including ebooks, guides, toolkits, worksheets, templates, playbooks, and other downloadable or electronically delivered resources—we have established the following refund policy.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are generally non-refundable after access or delivery.
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available to you, purchases are generally considered final and are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law or where Music Assets LLC determines that an exception is appropriate.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be physically returned once access has been provided.
2. DUPLICATE PURCHASES
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may review duplicate purchases and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
3. TECHNICAL ACCESS PROBLEMS
If you paid for a digital product but are unable to access or receive the product because of a legitimate technical issue, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to:
• Confirm the purchase
• Troubleshoot the issue
• Restore access
• Provide an alternative delivery method when appropriate
A technical access issue does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund if the issue can reasonably be resolved.
4. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE DIGITAL FILES
If a digital file appears to be corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise technically defective, contact us with details about the issue.
We may provide a replacement file, corrected version, or alternative method of access.
5. UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact us promptly.
We may investigate the transaction and may request information necessary to verify the purchase.
6. CHANGE OF MIND
Because our products are digital and may be immediately accessible after purchase, we generally do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, does not use the product, or has not yet reviewed the product.
Please review the product description and available information before purchasing.
7. PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS
Our products are educational and informational resources.
A customer is not entitled to a refund because a product does not produce a specific business, financial, personal, career, audience, partnership, or other result.
Individual results vary based on implementation, circumstances, experience, effort, market conditions, and numerous other factors.
8. EXCEPTIONS
Music Assets LLC reserves the right to consider refund requests individually.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
9. HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT OR A REFUND
If you believe you have a legitimate issue with a purchase, please contact Music Assets LLC through our Contact page.
Please include:
• Your name
• Email address used for the purchase
• Product purchased
• Approximate purchase date
• Order or transaction information, if available
• Description of the issue
We will review your request and respond as appropriate.
10. REFUND PROCESSING
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
11. POLICY CHANGES
Music Assets LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
