Approximately 75–100 attendees are expected, with the event promoted through the Music Assets website, Eventbrite, Meetup, digital promotional campaigns, printed materials, Music Assets Magazine, and the live event.

After your sponsorship is purchased, Music Assets LLC will reach out to obtain your approved logo, verify your business information and contact details, and collect any applicable advertising artwork or promotional materials needed for the event campaign. This verification process helps ensure your business is represented accurately and professionally across digital, print, magazine, and event materials before production.

Logo files, advertisement artwork, business information, and promotional materials must be provided by applicable deadlines. Promotional opportunities dependent on third-party platforms, print production schedules, or event logistics are subject to those platforms and schedules. Sponsorship does not guarantee a specific number of attendees, impressions, leads, sales, website visits, or other business results.
